· Water Main Extension Policy FAQ’s: If you are currently on well water you will be affected by this policy. The city council adopted a policy in 2002 for a long range plan to connect all properties to Municipal Water. Assessments for a water main hook up can be quite costly. If your home is still on a private well please go to this FAQ link so you are well informed and have plenty of time to prepare. Please note the water main extension 5 year plan is on pages 7-9 in the Fall City newsletter that was mailed to your home.
