· Target proposal for 124th & Bluemound—the old Quebecor site. · 124th St. and Bluemound Road Neighborhood Plan (old printing plant) · The Glen of Brookfield Construction has begun on the condominium project just east of the Brookfield Suites Hotel. The original proposal included 80 units within a 3 story building with underground parking. The new proposal is only 46 units, ranch style side-by-side condominiums. It is a friendlier design for the attached neighborhood. · South Gateway Neighborhood Plan (Moorland and Greenfield area) · 2035 Comprehensive Plan: The city is in the process of updating its Master Plan. Your feedback is wanted. Please see link for further details. · Results of the recent 2035 Comprehensive Plan Community Survey.
